OLCSAN CAD markets services & products through its exclusive distributorships and highly qualified software development and project implementation teams. OLCSAN CAD represents some very distinguished companies in Turkiye and EMEA region. We are also solution partner with Microsoft, Oracle, Sybase, HP, Dell, Daewoo, Mitsui, Hitachi, Sagem Orga, Sagem Securite etc... OLCSAN CAD was also involved with GSM projects including Smart SIM/Multi Application Operating Systems. In the second half of 2001, the Company has also successfully rolled-out an Internet based CRM supported vortal project. Being the largest and most comprehensive CRM application ever developed in Turkiye. OLCSAN CAD concentrates its efforts around smart card projects both in Banking and non-financial sectors including e-government, transport, health, access control, RF-ID, security systems and telecommunication. Mobile positioning systems (MPS) and mobile data collection technologies are also one of the major operating fields of the company. Company is very well known with its "city ID card" solution targeting the major metropolitan cities including transport, e-ID, loyalty and purse application on banking dual interface IC cards. The comapany is also working on POS, ATM and card "Issuing/Acquiring and Terminal Management" solutions as well as "Fraud Management" solutions and provides turnkey systems for banks.
Beginning of 2003, the company has started several projects with the Turkish Scientific Research Association's Crypto Institute (TUBITAK UEKAE) in the smart card arena. OLCSAN CAD is also specialized in document management, archiving, work flow, Business Intelligence systems and related solutions. The company's core businesses about CAD/CAM solutions and Simulation technologies are continuing with a very strong growth. In addition to OLCSAN CAD, 7GEN is the software developer and implementation company in the group for FPS, ERP, MIS, DMS, Work Flow and BI systems, which has a long experience and succesfull records on the public and private sectors. April 2005, PRIA a system integration & project management company dedicated for smart card projects has been founded in order to be able to deliver professional services in the region. OLCSAN CAD has a long record of projects and experience on banking sector and government sectors in the region. Exedra was founded in 2007 for Microsoft based solutions and is a MS Gold Partner for Share Point Server, ILM and IAG platforms.

OLCSAN CAD headquartered in Bahcesehir/Istanbul and ofifices in Mecidiyekoy/Istanbul and Cankaya/Ankara, has positioned itself to solve business problems through the intelligent use of Smart Commerce (smart cards and e-commerce) platform. Our experienced staff, working with leading software tools and hardware technologies, delivers turnkey, high performance, cost effective application solutions to major corporations throughout Turkey and the region. Along with international clients OLCSAN CAD believes the quality in people and provides extensive investments in training the staff to keep up with rapid changes in the world's dynamic technology play ground. The objective of the company is to provide total turnkey Smart Card, Document Management/Archiving/Work Flow/BI, Mobile Platform, Education & Remote learning, CAD/CAM/Simulation Projects&Solutions for customers to complement all their requirements. OPERATIONS

Proposing the correct fit hardware platform along with suitable software integration is essential to our solutions. The right combination will ease up the acceptance & provides extended long term relationship with customers.
Installation/maintenance covers equipment held by OLCSAN CAD and supporting customer products on a contract basis. An OLCSAN CAD hot-line service is to support our maintenance contracts and respond to call-out requests. Initially calls are serviced using telephone diagnostics and where necessary modem connections or an engineer is dispatched to carry out the services required. Products such as "communication systems", "terminals" and "server" equipment are critical to the operations of our customers and must be kept operational during the course of business and more therefore required 7x24 services trough the year. This can be affected either by annual maintenance contracts or on a call-out basis. Development covers security, smart card, mobile and educational software applications.
Value added services will include by providing a suitable software solution environment for the client and establishing a correct networking facilities and customizing individual department requirement by utilizing conventional tools like direct data transfers to personal systems into third party applications.
Training is considered an important investment for the future and is certainly an area where OLCSAN CAD places the utmost importance. And OLCSAN CAD will continue to spend time & dedication to training & education this has proven fact and sound strategy and is now being expanded to cover training for our customers on equipment operations and maintenance. The training centers are located at the HQ in Bahcesehir-Istanbul for 40 attendees and Ankara office for 12 attendees.
Consultancy covers special IT/Security/Smart Card/Biometrics related projects for government and private sectors. OLCSAN CAD offers professional consultancy services to finance, transport, industrial, government, educational, health and defense sectors.
